No water is coming out from the drain hose during the drainageUpdated 2 months ago

This might be because the dehumidifier is on uneven ground or the drain hose is installed incorrectly. Please do the following:

1. Place the dehumidifier on a flat, even ground, and make sure the drain hose is attached securely to the machine.

2. Check if the drain hose slopes downwards and has no bends or kinks

3. If the issue persists, please record a short video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the problem. Send the video to our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login along with the information that there is leakage in front of the machine, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
