My water purifier emits loud noise and/or too hot to touch.Updated 2 months ago

Step 1: Power cycle the machine. 

• Turn the unit off and unplug the machine
• Let it rest for 2 hours and then turn it back on.

Step 2: Clean the dust filter 

• It is recommended to clean the dust filter once every 2 weeks

Step 3: Ensure there is enough space around the water purifier. 

• The water purifier needs enough space around it for proper ventilation. 
• If the water purifier is too close to a wall or other object, it may not be able to operate properly.
