My water purifier does not dispense warm or hot water.Updated 3 months ago

Step 1: Check the child lock function. 

  • Make sure the child lock is disabled.

Step 2: If the child lock is disabled and the issue persists, power cycle the machine.

  • To power cycle the machine, unplug the machine and wait for 10 seconds
  • Plug the machine back on again
