My Sterra Sun has an HS or C8 Error showing on the screenUpdated 6 months ago

STEP 1: Check how long it's been used, if used for 24/7.

STEP 2: Check if the body is warm. If the body is warm, turn it off and let it rest for at least 2 hours. 

STEP 3: Powercycle the machine by turning it off. Let it cool down for a few minutes.

STEP 4: Try to use the machine at a different location

STEP 5: Turn the unit on again.


If the issue persists, please record a short video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue. Send the video to our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login along with the information that there is leakage in front of the machine, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
