My Sterra S Tankless Water Purifier filter light is still on even after changing the filtersUpdated 19 hours ago

This could be because the machine is not yet detecting the new filters. Please do the steps below and see if it solves the problem


Step 1: Power off the machine 

  • Turn off and unplug the machine 

Step 2: Clean the dust filter

  • Clean the dust filter at the back of the machine.

Step 3: Check the filter bottles. 

  • Make sure that the filter bottles are placed properly in the lock position. If not, turn off the unit, remove and re-insert the filter bottles properly, and then turn on the main switch

Step 4: Turn on the machine

  • Plug and turn on the machine

Step 5: Reset the filter indicator. 

  • Press and hold the filter button for at least 6 seconds.


If the issue still persists, do not attempt to change it with another filter.. Instead, take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the whole touch panel.
