My Sterra S Tankless Water Purifier filter indicator is lit up. What do the colors mean?Updated 14 days ago

When the filter indicator light illuminates, it signals that the filter’s lifespan is nearing its end. The light will remain steady when the filter is 90% used through its lifespan, and it will start blinking once the lifespan reaches 100% used.

The filter change notification will appear on the LED display as follows:

• Pre-carbon filter [Filter 1]: White light
• UF filter [Filter 2]: Yellowish/Orange light

For Sterra S, Filter 1 should be changed every 4 months, while filter 2 should be changed every 8 months.
