My Sterra Mars' ring light is blinking redUpdated 25 days ago

The blinking red light could mean either the new filter hasn't been detected by the unit or the current filter is already used up and needs to be replaced.

IF THE FILTER HAS BEEN CHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS

  • The unit needs to be able to detect that the inserted filter is already new. To do this we need to reset the filter. To reset the filter, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds until you hear the beep sounds.

IF THE FILTER HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS

  • The unit is telling us that the current inserted filter has been used up and needs to be replaced.
  • To resolve the issue, replace the current filter with a new Sterra Mars filter.
  • Reset the filter. To do this, press and hold the center button for 7 seconds until you hear the beep sound.

If the issue persists, please take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the blinking red light. Once done, please get in touch with our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login and send the video for further help. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues.
