My massage chair has no power/does not turn onUpdated 25 days ago

This issue could be because of the switch button at the bottom of the massage chair is not turned on, there is a loose connection, or a spoilt PCB.

To help diagnose the issue, please do the following troubleshooting steps

Step 1: Ensure that the switch button at the bottom of the massage chair is turned on. If it is already turned on, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Check whether the power cable is properly connected at the back. If it is, kindly turn the machine off and turn it back on after 30 seconds.

Step 3: If the issue persists, please take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the problem.
