STEP 1: Check whether the 2.4Ghz wifi band is used. The massage chair Bluetooth can be used for playing music only. It is not possible to control the massage chair functions from the phone after connecting with the Bluetooth
STEP 2: Keep the phone battery fully charged to connect with the Bluetooth
STEP 3: For intermittent connection issues, disconnect and connect back again
STEP 4: The phone has to be close to the massage chair to avoid intermittent Bluetooth connection
STEP 5: Minimize active Bluetooth connection from any other devices and keep the connection with the phone and the massage chair only
STEP 6: Disconnect the phone's Bluetooth connection from any other electronic devices
STEP 7: If all above fails to solve the Bluetooth connection, please try another device to connect with the massage chair
STEP 8 If the issue persists, please take a picture of the back cover with the serial number. Once done, please contact our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login and send the photo for further help. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues.
