What do I need to prepare prior to the installation visit?Updated 7 hours ago

To ensure a smooth delivery and installation process, please review our standard requirements and policies below.

📋 Customer Responsibilities

Before our delivery team arrives, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Adult Present: An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive, inspect, and sign off on the products.

  • Clear Access: Ensure all pathways, lifts, staircases, and the final installation areas are safe, unobstructed, and fully suitable for delivery and installation.

  • Immediate Inspection: Please check your products immediately upon delivery or installation. You must inform our team of any visible damage or defects before they leave the premises.

⚠️ Important Note on Sign-offs:When you sign off on a successful delivery or installation, it serves as your confirmation that the product was received in good physical condition (excluding latent defects that could not have been reasonably discovered at the time).


🚫 Restricted or Unsafe Access Policy

If our delivery team finds that access is restricted, blocked, or unsafe, we reserve the right to take one of the following actions:

  1. Reschedule the Delivery: We may decline delivery and reschedule for a later date. Please note that a rescheduling fee will apply.

  2. Cancel the Order: We may cancel the order and issue a refund, minus any applicable fees and costs already incurred.
