The water flow from my water purifier is slow or not dispensing water.Updated 3 months ago

Step 1: Check the Temperature Setting

• Check the Temperature:
  • Look at the temperature setting on your water purifier.
• Adjust if Necessary:
  • Ensure the temperature setting is correct for what you need.

Step 2: Check the Water Valves

• Find the Valves:
  • Locate the raw water valve and the water purifier valve.
• Turn On the Valves:
  • Make sure both valves are turned on.
  • Check the blue color valve is open. This blue color valve has to be fully opened
  •  Ensure the water tank is filled up 
    • Wait for 5 minutes for the water tank to be filled up
  • . After the water tank is filled up, check again to ensure water can be dispensed.
    
    

Step 3: Make Sure the Tubing is Straight

• Inspect the Tubing:
  • Look at all the tubing connected to the water purifier.
• Straighten the Tubing:
  • Ensure no tubing is bent or kinked so the water can flow properly.
