The water dispensed by my water purifier has white particles, and/or bubblesUpdated 18 days ago

Check if the filter usage is below 9 months. 

  • If it is more than 9 months, the filter might already be used up and needs to be changed
    • Purchase a new filter and contact our customer support to schedule a filter change
