Sterra X filters should be replaced every 6 months to maintain optimal water quality and machine performance. Sterra X filters need to be installed by a Sterra Technician.

2. Contact Us: Once your new filters have arrived at your home, reach out to our Customer Support Team.

3. Book an Appointment: Ask to speak with a live agent to schedule your booking. A certified technician will be assigned to replace your filters free of charge.
