To maintain optimal water quality and machine performance, your Sterra X filters should be replaced every 6 months. Filter replacements must be installed by a certified Sterra Technician.

🛠️ How to schedule your free replacement service:

1. Order Your Filters: If you haven’t purchased your replacement set yet, please order them via our online store at www.sterra.sg.
2. Book an Appointment: Log in to our Customer Support Portal, submit a support ticket describing your request, and ask to speak with a live agent to schedule your booking.

3. Technician Visit: A certified technician will be assigned to install your filters free of charge. They will also bring any remaining filter bottles from your order.

📞 Subsequent Installations: For future filter replacements using bottles already stored at your house, simply reach out to our Customer Support Team by submitting a ticket through the Customer Support Portal.
