Sterra Moon — Power TripUpdated 13 hours ago

If your Sterra Moon is experiencing erratic power drops, won't hold an electrical charge, or refuses to turn on entirely due to an suspected internal circuit fault, please remain completely reassured. This does not mean you have improperly handled your air purifier or that your home electrical setup is broken!

This behavior points to a Power PCB Control Failure. The central Printed Circuit Board (PCB) acts as the brain of your Sterra Moon, regulating current distribution from the wall adapter to the motor and lighting loops. If a micro-component on the board undergoes thermal stress or a component-level logic lock occurs, the system will completely stop processing power.

Because the central power PCB is permanently factory-sealed within the protective inner housing to ensure strict electrical insulation and user safety, it cannot be safely accessed, tested, or rewired through home troubleshooting steps.

1.Record a Continuous 1-Minute Verification Video

Plug your Sterra Moon power adapter into a verified, working wall outlet. Record a continuous video of at least 1 minute capturing your machine's power state.

Start the video by showing that the cable is firmly attached, then press the power button firmly several times on camera to clearly demonstrate that the interface remains completely dead, dark, or unresponsive to power. Let the camera run continuously for a full minute to capture the total lack of electrical initialization. 

2.Submit Your Direct Support Request

Log into your account portal, attach your 1-minute video, and copy-and-paste the following message directly to our live agents:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 Support Message Template: "My Sterra Moon is completely unresponsive, pointing to an internal power PCB system failure. I have read the Help Center guide and verified that this requires a specialized hardware diagnostic. I have attached the required 1-minute troubleshooting video demonstrating the unpowered unit for immediate file handover to a live agent so I can schedule a diagnostic drop-off at the showroom."
