Sterra Moon — No Air Output Eyeball Just Lighting UpUpdated 13 hours ago

If your Sterra Moon’s ambient ring light or decorative "eyeball" center illuminates normally, but you feel absolutely no air output coming from the exhaust grille, please be completely reassured. This does not mean your home electrical connection is unstable or that your smart control panel has failed!

This symptom points to an isolated Fan Motor Drive Interruption. Because the ambient lighting arrays and the internal turbine fan motor run on separate, dedicated power routing lines from the central Printed Circuit Board (PCB), the display light can turn on perfectly even if the fan motor itself cannot receive an electrical current. This can occur if a micro-soldered connection on the motor drive fatigue-snaps or if the internal fan spindle experiences a mechanical stall.

Because the balanced turbine motor and its high-voltage power lines are factory-sealed within the lower chassis to maintain safety and aerodynamic structural integrity, they cannot be safely opened, tested, or rewired through home troubleshooting steps.

Plug your Sterra Moon into a working outlet and turn it on. Record a continuous video of at least 1 minute capturing your machine's behavior.

Start the video by showing that the ring light is fully illuminated, then hold a small piece of tissue paper, ribbon, or thin thread directly over the top exhaust grille for several seconds to clearly demonstrate that there is no air output blowing upward. Let the camera run continuously for a full minute under clear lighting.

2.Submit Your Direct Support Request

Log into your account portal, attach your 1-minute video, and copy-and-paste the following message directly to our live agents:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.
