If your Sterra Moon refuses to respond when you press the power button—or if it gets stuck running and you have to physically pull the plug from the wall outlet to turn it off—please be completely reassured. This does not mean your home electrical outlets are malfunctioning or that the fan motor is broken!
This symptom points to a Control Panel Command Lock. Your Sterra Moon processes user inputs through a capacitive touch panel that sends digital signals to a central Printed Circuit Board (PCB). If a micro-soldered tracking line on the control panel short-circuits, or if a software freeze locks the system's firmware loop, the machine will ignore any touch commands. As a result, the device remains completely frozen in its current state until its power source is physically disconnected.
Because the touch control interface and central PCB are permanently factory-sealed inside the upper dome assembly to protect them from moisture and dust, they cannot be opened, rewired, or manually reset through home troubleshooting steps.

Plug your Sterra Moon into a working wall outlet. Record a continuous video of at least 1 minute capturing your interaction with the unit.
Start the video by pressing the power button firmly several times on camera, showing that the machine completely ignores your touch input (either refusing to wake up, or remaining stubbornly stuck on with the fan spinning). Let the camera run continuously for a full minute to capture the lack of response.
