Reset the filter using the Smart Life App

There is no need to repair it as the product is fully functional. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue


Step 1:

  • Change the WiFi name of your phone or home router to “tuya_mdev_test”.
  • Place the air purifier near the router or your phone to ensure it can receive the signal.

Step 2:

  • Plug in the adapter. The air purifier will turn on automatically.
  • Within 30 seconds, manually turn off the air purifier by toggle the eyeball button until you hear a beep, the air purifier turns off completely.( When you toggle the eyeball pls not touch the on/off button on the eyeball)
  • Long press the on/off button for 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
  • Wait for 5 seconds. The air purifier will turn on automatically.
  • Observe the eyeball ring:
  • If the test is successful, the eyeball ring will flash red.
  • If the ring does not flash red, the test has failed. Please try the steps again.

Step 3:

  • Wait for the eyeball ring to flash red. This indicates the test has been successful.
  • Press and hold the light ring for 5 seconds, and the light will stop flashing That means the lifespan reset has been done successfully.

Step 4:

  • Go back to the SmartLife app and check that the filter lifespan has been reset to 100%.
