My water purifier is leaking from the filterUpdated 25 days ago

This problem could be because of a used-up filter or a faulty filter adapter. To help diagnose the problem, please check on the last time the filter was changed.

IF MORE THAN 8 MONTHS

  1. Replace the filter. 
  2. Purchase a filter replacement set and send us a message at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login to schedule a visit for the replacement.

IF LESS THAN 8 MONTHS

  1. Please record a short video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the leakage. Send the video to our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
