My water purifier does not dispense cold or hot water.Updated 4 months ago
IF NO COLD WATER
- Ensure the red switch at the back of the machine is turned on.
- Perform a power cycle: by turning the main switch off, wait at least 2 hours, then turn it back on.
- Ensure that there’s sufficient space around the water purifier for proper ventilation.
IF NO HOT WATER
- Ensure the green switch at the back of the machine is turned on.
- Perform a power cycle: by turning the main switch off, wait at least 2 hours, then turn it back on.
- Ensure that there’s sufficient space around the water purifier for proper ventilation.
