My water purifier does not dispense cold or hot water.Updated 4 months ago

IF NO COLD WATER

  • Ensure the red switch at the back of the machine is turned on.
  • Perform a power cycle: by turning the main switch off, wait at least 2 hours, then turn it back on.
  • Ensure that there’s sufficient space around the water purifier for proper ventilation.



IF NO HOT WATER

  • Ensure the green switch at the back of the machine is turned on.
  • Perform a power cycle: by turning the main switch off, wait at least 2 hours, then turn it back on.
  • Ensure that there’s sufficient space around the water purifier for proper ventilation.
