My water purifier does not dispense cold or hot water.Updated 2 months ago

This problem could either be the machine still building the temperature of the water inside the tank due to a recent power off, or because of a spoilt thermostat. Please do the steps below to diagnose the problem. 


  1. Check if the machine is on for at least past 1 hour.
  2. If yes, try dispensing hot/ cold water after keeping the machine on for at least 1 hour. It should be back to normal working conditions.
