My water purifier does not dispense cold or hot water.Updated 21 days ago
This problem could either be the machine still building the temperature of the water inside the tank due to a recent power off, or because of a spoilt thermostat. Please do the steps below to diagnose the problem.
- Check if the machine is on for at least past 1 hour.
- If yes, try dispensing hot/ cold water after keeping the machine on for at least 1 hour. It should be back to normal working conditions.
