My Sterra Moon's eyeball is stuckUpdated 25 days ago

A possible reason why the eyeball is stuck unless manually rotated is because it the device needs to restart or there's an issue with its rotary switch motor.

To troubleshoot, let us do the following steps

  1. Turn off the device by touching the ring light.
  2. After the device is turned off, switch off the power point from the electrical plug and wait for one (1) minute. If the outlet has no switch, go ahead and directly unplug the adapter.
  3. After one (1) minute, plug the unit back in, or switch on the power point. This will automatically start the unit. No need to turn the unit on using the ring light.
  4. After it is turned on, compare the device with the images below of the 3 Ideal Moon Positions Per Ring Color below.
  5.  If it matches any of the 3 ideal positions, the issue of the unit is solved
  6. If it does not match either of the 3 ideal positions, please take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) showing clearly the stuck eyeball. Once done, please get in touch with our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login and send the video so our customer support team can send a technician to repair.
