If your order hasn't shipped yet and you need to request a cancellation, please submit a ticket through our automated Report Order Issue widget for immediate prioritisation.

- Log In: Go to our secure Customer Support Portal. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your order, then type in the one-time verification code sent to you.
- Select Your Order: Locate the specific order you wish to cancel and click the "Report Issue" button.
- Submit the Request: Select the option "I'd like to cancel my order." This automatically generates a priority ticket for our team and sends a confirmation to your email inbox.
- Provide Context: Reply directly to that confirmation email to let us know your reason for cancellation so our team can process it accurately.
