How we investigate missing items

To locate your missing items, our customer support team will coordinate directly with our warehouse team and delivery partners to audit the fulfillment logs and transit tracking.


How to report a missing item

To help us fast-track this investigation, please submit a request through our support portal with your proof of delivery:

  1. Log In: Access our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a Ticket: Open a support ticket, state your order number, and list exactly which items are missing.

  3. Attach a Video: Provide a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the package, the shipping label, and all the items you did receive.

💡 Why the video matters: Visual confirmation of the delivered package and its contents helps our warehouse team immediately cross-reference our internal packing logs, allowing us to ship out your missing items much faster.
