How can I purchase Sterra Care?Updated a month ago

Protecting your investment is easy. You can secure extended warranty coverage for your Sterra products using one of the two methods below:

  • At Time of Purchase: Simply select and add the Sterra Care option directly on the online product webpage before checking out.

  • After Purchase: If you have already completed your order, you can add coverage by contacting our team here. Our support representatives will gladly assist you in updating your account.


Eligibility Period

To ensure your product remains eligible for extended protection, please keep the following timeline constraint in mind:

  • The 30-Day Window: Sterra Care can only be added to an existing order or product within 30 days of your delivery or installation date.

⚠️ Important Policy Note: Sterra reserves the right to cancel and refund any Sterra Care purchases made outside of this 30-day eligibility window. We highly recommend adding coverage as close to your delivery date as possible to avoid gaps in protection.
