You can add Sterra Care to your order by adding the Sterra Care option when you are on the online product web page. Alternatively, you can contact our team at [email protected] to purchase an additional Sterra Care warranty for an existing order or product.

Please note that Sterra Care can only be added to the order within 30 days from delivery or installation. Sterra reserves the right to cancel and refund the Sterra Care purchase if it is beyond the eligibility period.
