How can I make changes to my order information or products?Updated a month ago
We are unable to guarantee that we can make edits to your order if it has already left our warehouse.
No changes, refunds or exchanges once the order is delivered or installed.
However if it is none of the two, you can use our Report Order Issue widget and our team will prioritize your email.
How to send an order change request through our Report Order Issue widget:
- Please use your order email or phone number to sign-in through this link: https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone number.
- Select the relevant order and click the "Report Issue" button.
- Select the option "I'd like to edit my order." A request will be sent automatically to our team and your email inbox.
- Please respond to this email to let us know what edits you need to make for your order.
- Our team will prioritize your email and respond.
Please take note that
1. No return and refund will be processed when the order has been delivered.
2. All promotional and sale items are not eligible for refunds one they have been delivered
3. Repair or a one time exchange will be offered to faulty products
