Do Sterra products come with a warranty?Updated a year ago

All Sterra products and purchases include a 1-year Manufacturer Warranty, which begins on the date of delivery or installation. We also offer Sterra Care, which is an additional warranty extension after the 1 year manufacturer warranty expires. You can find the pricing and option for Sterra Care directly on the product's web page.

Both warranty options cover hardware/software repairs and replacements for items that are deemed as faulty due to a manufacturing error. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage. The eligibility for a manufacturer warranty claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and Sterra representative.

Please note that the addition of non-Sterra filters to your Sterra Air or Water Purifier will void the manufacturer warranty and Sterra Care warranty.
