All Sterra products and purchases come with a Manufacturer Warranty that automatically activates on the date of delivery or professional installation.
To protect your investment long-term, we also offer Sterra Care—an optional warranty extension that kicks in after your standard manufacturer's warranty expires. You can view coverage options and pricing directly on each product's specific webpage.
What is Covered?
Both the standard Manufacturer Warranty and Sterra Care cover:
- Hardware and software repairs.
- Full product replacements for items deemed defective due to a manufacturing fault.
What is NOT Covered?
Our warranties do not cover issues arising from external factors, including:
- Standard wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration).
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Third-Party Accessories: The use of non-Sterra filters, parts, or accessories will void both your Manufacturer Warranty and Sterra Care coverage.
Note: Eligibility for any warranty claim is subject to evaluation and is determined at the sole discretion of our authorized Sterra representatives.
