All Sterra products and purchases include a Manufacturer Warranty, which begins on the date of delivery or installation. We also offer Sterra Care, which is an additional warranty extension after the manufacturer's warranty expires. You can find the pricing and options for Sterra Care directly on the product's web page.

Both warranty options cover hardware/software repairs and replacements for items deemed faulty due to a manufacturing error. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, or accidental damage. The eligibility for a manufacturer warranty claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and Sterra representative.

Please note that the addition of non-Sterra filters to your Sterra products will void the manufacturer's warranty and Sterra Care warranty.
