🚫 Services Outside Our Scope

To ensure safety and service quality, please note the limitations of our field technician team:

  • No Piping or Plumbing Services: Our technicians are installation specialists, not licensed plumbers. They cannot perform piping modifications, extension services, or fix water source issues.

  • No Furniture or Appliance Moving: Our technicians are strictly prohibited from moving heavy objects, large furniture, or existing appliances due to liability and safety risks.

📋 Pre-Installation Checklist (Customer Responsibilities)

Before our technical team arrives for your scheduled appointment, you must ensure the following steps are completed:

  1. Prepare the Water Source: Ensure that a working water source and all necessary, functional piping are fully accessible at the installation site.

  2. Clear the Area: Completely clear the installation path and space of any large objects, furniture, or heavy appliances.

  3. Disconnect Old Appliances: If you are replacing an old water purifier, you must disconnect and remove the old unit prior to our technician's arrival.

⚠️ Important: If our technician arrives and the area is not prepared according to the checklist above, the installation can be declined and subject to a rescheduling fee.
