Inquiries About an Existing Order (Fastest Resolution)

If you have a question regarding an active order, please submit it through our Report Order Issue portal. Requests sent via this portal are placed in our priority queue.


How to submit a priority request:

  1. Log In: Go to our Sterra Support Portal. Sign in using the email address or phone number associated with your order, then enter the one-time verification code sent to you.
  2. Select Your Order: Find your specific order and click the "Report Issue" button.
  3. Choose Your Category: Select the option that best describes your issue. A priority request will automatically be sent to our team, and a confirmation will land in your inbox.
  4. Provide Details: If prompted, reply directly to that confirmation email with any additional details. Our team will review your ticket and respond within 24 hours.
