  2. Select the relevant order and click the "Report Issue" button.
  3. Select the relevant option for your issue. A request will be sent automatically to our team and your email inbox.
  4. If prompted, please respond to this email to provide us with more details.
  5. Our team will prioritize your email and respond within 24 hours
