Water Purifier Trade-In Eligibility

You can trade in your existing water purifier for a brand-new Sterra system. Review our eligibility matrix below to see which upgrades are available:

Sterra 8: Accepts any water purifier (Sterra or non-Sterra brand), excluding the Sterra 8 model itself. Trade-in offers to Sterra 8 can only be processed and purchased at our stores.
Sterra 7: Accepts any water purifier (Sterra or non-Sterra brand), excluding the Sterra 7 model itself. Trade-in offers to Sterra 7 can be processed and purchased at our stores or through our Customer Service Team by contacting us here.
Sterra X: Accepts any water purifier (Sterra or non-Sterra brand), excluding the Sterra X model itself. Trade-in offers to Sterra 7 can be processed and purchased at our stores or through our Customer Service Team by contacting us here.
Sterra Y: Accepts any water purifier (Sterra or non-Sterra brand), excluding the Sterra Y model itself. Trade-in offers to Sterra 7 can be processed and purchased at our stores or through our Customer Service Team by contacting us here.
